1. Digital Products

We proudly offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all full-priced digital products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of your order and we’ll be happy to issue a refund.

Please note: Products purchased at a special introductory or discounted price (e.g. $7 offers), as well as order bumps, upsells, and add-ons, are non-refundable due to the nature of these limited-time offers.

If you’re unsure whether your purchase qualifies or need support with your product, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re here to help!

2. Coaching and Support Services

Refunds are not available for coaching or consultation services once a session has been completed.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name

  • Order number or email used to purchase

  • Reason for refund (optional)

We’ll respond within 2 business days and issue your refund if it meets the criteria above.
