We hope you love the resources we’ve created to support your parenting journey. If for any reason you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Digital Products

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all digital guide purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at willeke@lovingloudlittlepeople.com within 7 days of your order and we’ll process a full refund — no questions asked.

• Digital guides

🚫 Does not apply to:

• Printable add-ons (e.g. checklists, journals, flashcards)

• Order bumps or upsells

• Coaching and support services

2. Coaching and Support Services

Refunds are not available for coaching or consultation services once a session has been completed.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require 24 hours’ notice.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at willeke@lovingloudlittlepeople.com with:

• Your full name

• Order number or email used to purchase

• Reason for refund (optional)

We’ll respond within 2 business days and issue your refund if it meets the criteria above.
